Your account

You can register with certain parts of our web store. You must then provide information about yourself and choose a username. This will create an account with which you can log in with that username and a password that you have chosen yourself.

For this we use your name and address, telephone number and e-mail address. We do this based on your permission. We keep this information until you cancel the account. We save this information so that you do not have to enter it again and again and so that we can approach you more easily if necessary at the web store. You can adjust information via your account whenever you want.

Process order

When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to be able to handle it properly. We may then provide your personal data to our delivery service to have the order delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company.

For this we use your name, address, telephone number, billing address and e-mail address. We need this because of the contract we conclude with you. We keep this information until your order is completed. We store certain customer data for longer in connection with the statutory tax retention obligation.

Location information

Sometimes it is necessary for our web shop to find out where you are. For this service we use the navigation and location software on your phone, tablet or computer. To measure the business use of our website, we use the Leadinfo services from Rotterdam. This service shows us company names and addresses based on the IP addresses of our visitors. The IP address is not included here.


Our web store displays general advertisements. We do not keep any personal data, so we do not know whether you like it or not.


Providing to other companies or institutions

With the exception of the parties mentioned above, we will not, under any circumstances, give your personal data to other companies or institutions, unless we are legally obliged to do so (for example, if the police so require in the event of a suspicion of a crime).


We keep statistics about the use of our web store. Social media buttons are included in our web store. With this the administrators of these services collect your personal data.


Our webshop uses cookies. Cookies are small files in which we can store information so that you do not always have to enter it. But we can also see that you visit us again.
