Unfortunately, the impact of the Corona virus on society in the Netherlands and neighbouring countries is increasing. We are happy to announce none of our employees are infected with this virus, but of course we take the situation very seriously and take the necessary precautions. We follow the national guidelines and act on the basis of general reporting and advice from RIVM.
On the one hand, we do everything we can to protect our employees. On the other hand, we do our best to be there for you if necessary and possible. We are currently minimizing dealer visits. The contact is preferably maintained by email and telephone. However, whenever you need us, we are always there for you.
Accessibility and contact
We can be reached by telephone on 045 546 66 46 and by mail via email@example.com. We strive for a situation in which some of our staff work from home and some are in the office to be able to speak to you. The person you are looking for may not be in the office. You can always contact us personally for urgent matters. We therefore list our telephone numbers and email addresses below, where you can contact us directly:

Online orders will continue as usual. We are equipped with all necessary means to continue the order process from our location as well as from our home workplaces. Please note that the delivery time may be slightly longer.
Our carriers have taken the necessary measures to protect employees and customers against contamination and to prevent spreading. All measures advised by RIVM and the Belgian health authority are observed. For example, they take in account extra attention to hygiene and alertness to symptoms. From March 16th, drivers deliver shipments only to the front door at the delivery address. They do this as a precaution for you, your colleagues and your customers to prevent further spread of the Corona virus.
In addition, carriers also take measures to ensure the continuity of their core processes. It has been decided to introduce travel restrictions to risk areas for this purpose. As far as the Benelux is concerned, they currently only experience consequences from and to those areas abroad that are designated as risk areas. In some cases, the local government has implemented strict controls there to prevent the virus from spreading. In such cases, the collection, delivery and storage services of carriers are suspended. So far this has not been the case in the Netherlands and Belgium.
We look to the future with confidence. If we all act upon the necessary measurements and guidelines, we will get through it. Do you have any questions or remarks? You can always contact us.
Take care of yourself and others,
Team Dynamic Ergonomics
