The cancellation of stock items is free of charge as long as the products have not yet been sent. If inventory items are canceled after they have been delivered and they have to be returned, the return costs are for your account. Canceling items that we have to order especially for you is possible within 5 working days after the order date. In the event of cancellation of such items, we will in any case charge 10% of the total net purchase value including any additional costs.

Your order from the Dynamic Ergonomics webshop will be sent with GLS. You will receive a message by e-mail as soon as your order has left our warehouse and has been offered at GLS. GLS delivers your order to your chosen address.

Pick up

No, it is not possible to pay for an order from the Dynamic Ergonomics webshop. You can pay with the payment methods that are offered to you during the ordering process.

To verify that you are actually working at the company on whose behalf you are coming to collect the order, we ask you to take the order confirmation with you.
You can pick up your order from Monday to Friday between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM, excluding public holidays.
You can pick up your order in our warehouse in Kerkrade.
  1. To return a product as a business customer you need a return number. You can request this by contacting our customer service on telephone number +31 (0) 45 54 666 46 or by email:
  2. Pack the goods in their original condition so that the product is not delivered damaged. Stick the “sent return form” on the package.
  3. You can send your package in two ways, you use your own transporter or you bring your product to a nearest delivery point. As a business customer, you are also fully responsible for the shipment.

Configured products are made entirely according to your wishes and requirements. We must therefore order these products and have them made especially for you. It is therefore not possible to return these products.

Your account is your personal online environment on our website. Via your account you can view your prices, view order history, place orders and so on.
Click on the "forgot password" button in the login screen. Enter your e-mail address here. You will receive an email with instructions and a link to reset the password.
